About BACZOL Expectorant Suspension

BACZOL Expectorant Suspension is designed to address acute or chronic bronchopulmonary issues that are accompanied by bronchospasm. It combines three active ingredients: Ambroxol, Sulfamethoxazole, and Trimethoprim. Ambroxol works as an expectorant, helping to loosen mucus in the airways, while Sulfamethoxazole and Trimethoprim are antibiotic agents that can assist in treating underlying infections.

Dosage Information

For adults and children aged 12 years and older, the recommended dosage is 2 teaspoons (10 ml) every 4 hours, not exceeding 6 doses in 24 hours. For children aged 6 to under 12, the dosage is 1 teaspoon (5 ml) every 4 hours. Consult a physician for children under 6 years.

Precautions

Do not store at temperatures between 15º-30ºC (59º-86ºF). Avoid use if there is evidence of tampering. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any components. Avoid administering alongside diuretics, antihypertensives, anticoagulants, alcohol, and antidiabetics.
